We offer an "all-inclusive" - to offer in our apartments.
Therefore our rates include the following services:

• Use the Holiday
• in the kitchen: dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, sponge & tea towels (can be 1-2 x changed weekly), cleaning products and accessories available on request
• Bathroom: toilet paper, towels (1-2 x be the week as needed changed), cleaners and accessories on request
• Bedding, water, electricity, heating (+ boot dryer in winter)
• Sale of drinks in the house
• Fi and cable TV
• in winter and on request: free entry to the Aubad Fieberbrunn per stay,
• Day cross-country map is available for free today!

All prices are given in euros and are considered guide prices . The prices are per apartment and increase with more people per day/night in the guest house Katharina. Price ranges are dependent on the season (high/low season), as well as the location, size and equipment of the holiday flats or apartments.

The local tax in Hochfilzen is EUR 2.80 per person/day (from 15 years of age)

We would be happy to make you a personal offer, especially in the off-season!

to be paid additionally:

* Final cleaning per apartment (depends on size and people)

* Tourist tax for people aged 15 and over: €2.80 per person per day

* In individual cases we also charge a deposit of € 150.00 per stay

* Pets/dogs: €10.00 per day

Payment and cancellation conditions:

For a fixed reservation, we generally ask for a deposit of approx. € 200-350 to our bank account . - If the vacation doesn't work out as expected, you will of course receive the corresponding amount back. The remaining payment must be made before the start of the trip via bank transfer or in CASH after arrival.
